My mama gifted me Brené Brown’s book Rising Strong it was an invitation to reflect and converse with early adulthood – reckoning with emotions, rumbling with vulnerability, and celebrating your personal revolution to integrate the learnings from your past experience. I weave soundbaths, yoga, and box breathing as part of my daily rituals—a gentle tether back to my center whenever life pulled me outward.

From My Mat to Yours That subtle shift in mindset was so profound, I began opening and closing every class with it. Inhale for four counts. Hold for four. Exhale for four. Hold for four. And just like that, we’d land—rooted, softened, ready to reconnect.

Today, I guide both 1:1 clients and group ceremonies back to what I call our energetic baseline: a breath-based reminder that you are safe and you are here.
